RM: Recycled Metallurgical Grade Silicon

Recovery and purification of metallurgical-grade silicon from semiconductor by-products.

Applications: base material for Si-C anode materials, polysilicon production, and industrial alloys.

RAM: Recycled Anode Material

Fabrication of silicon powders with particle sizes ranging from several hundred to tens of nanometers.

Used as precursor materials for advanced Si-C (silicon-carbon composite) anodes in next-generation lithium-ion batteries.

RPM: Recycled Polysilicon Material

High-purity polysilicon produced through chemical vapor deposition and gas-phase reactions (based on Siemens Process).
